I was disappointed in the professionalism. I booked an appointment the evening before for an 8:30 am appointment and received a confirmation. I was... on my way to my appointment when I called for specific location at 8:20 since my Google nails was a little confusing. The owner/manager answered and said she didn’t see appointment and wouldn’t get in until 10:30 am. Seems to me she should check appointments as they come in and decline vs having site confirm AND then leaving the client hanging. Show more
