I highly recommend Ms. Cee Cee to anyone looking for a friendly, welcoming environment. When I first walked in the door she was ready to learn what I ...wanted done and know who I was. She is very welcoming and will talk to you like she has been knowing you all her life. This was my first time getting my natural hair done since I have moved to Leesville but it won’t be my last time. The men in the establishment are very respectful and welcoming, as well.
