If a barber or stylist who by the way are independent employees doesn’t meet you expectations in anyway the best thing to do is communicate please. I remember several times the barber adjusted the hair cut for you and I also recall him and my wife mentioning that picture you kept showing is edited and has paint/ color enhancement

Ms Bridget, prices are clearly posted. First it was very pleasant meeting you and that I enjoyed our conversations your daughters basketball highlights. But I offered the keratin hair treatment and stated the price but you may have not heard it. Next let me mention that a trim is 100% a haircut the only difference is the amount of hair removed, please look up the definition if you don’t believe me. Next Your daughter required hair detangling because she had braids removed before coming to our salon so we charged you $10 for that. Now if you recalled you and I spoke in the beginning before anything and I stated that we don’t prefer to do the original roller set because it’s double heat exposure and damage to the hair but we can do that process if you prefer. You chose the safer course of action. the math 55 and up for your service, 10 extra time detangling, $25 keratin treatment, $40 layered trim. By my math the price is exact with the $3.50 processing fee. The five stars cover everything from cleanliness to customer service, based on your 1 star rating in Booksy 2 stars on yelp and 1 star on google we are a dirty none professional over charging establishment!!!! think hard ask your self if every state you travel too for your daughters basketball charges the same amount? Also we as adults should address any concerns in person not leave and then bash our creditability.Either way I truly wish you and your daughter the best it was very pleasant meeting you both.
