Was 30 minutes late to the appointment. Super rough with my hair and head. I asked for only one inch to be cut off and had about 2 inches cut off inst...ead. I asked for layers and didn’t receive that, instead I got a bob. When I left the salon, my left side was noticeably longer than the right. He rushed thru the haircut and left me very disappointed.
