I explained to him that he had a loose curl pattern ..I’m sure your comparing his hair to someone else’s with a tighter curl pattern which gives it a different look ..however I also explained to him that’s not the final look you have to be patient with locs because it’s a process and some journeys require more than others and by him having a loose curl pattern he falls into that category ..this is also a training process and the first twist meaning the hair doesn’t know what position to hold so it’s trying to return to its natural form ..
