First of all hair does not come with a service. I’ve never had anyone assume that. Secondly I would have reattached your ponytail because I stand behind my work. Being that your hair is maybe 1 inch long I definitely was proud to get it on. I also called you to offer a midpoint solutionr but you didn’t answer. Sorry it only stayed attached 2 days I would have fixed it presented with theh opportunity. Best wishes.
