Communication was horrible through text . Appointment was changed one hour before appointment. Was asked to come at 530 I agreed . Asked for address a...nd was dropped a pin 📍 got there and called no answer it was some apartments so I had no clue where I was going so I left . And still tried to charge my card like I missed an appointment . Show more

She is so kind and patient and listened to what I wanted. I mean really heard me!! I have never done a 360 full lace before and know nothing. She took her time to explain the process; gave her recommendations based on what I wanted to do. She definitely knows her craft!! I immediately had a sense of relief ; she made me feel so comfortable- and this first conversation took place over the phone. My appointment day!! She had everything prepped and ready to go.
