I never made it to my appointment because it was cancelled on me same day literally last min and I could not find anyone else to do my hair. After boo...king a week prior. She did not care. She didn’t even try to reschedule me but kept her other appointments. so unprofessional and inconvenient. Never again. Show more

Hi Ashley, I, clearly, understand your frustration which I am extremely sorry for what caused it. Like I stated over the phone, we had a “Power outage” in the whole neighborhood, a couple hours before you had your appointment scheduled. The inconvenience happened while I was doing a previous client hair, which I had to finish with the best of my abilities that day. I, unfortunately, had to cancel all my following appointments that day and rescheduled the clients who were okay with that proposal. Once again, I’m extremely sorry for the inconvenience, which once again was not under my control. Your (our clients) satisfaction is my priority, and sorry that the issue didn’t get fixed in a timely manner to come up with a better solution/outcome. P.S: It was the first time we had to deal with that issue… since then, we came up with a back up plan if this ever happens again.
