I booked through Booksy, appointment time was not honored, charged full price and my reservation deposit was stolen. Unprofessional and no care for th...e customer. I have uploaded screenshots of our conversation. My appointment time was not honored, she was 2 hours late even after I spoke on the phone with her to confirm my appointment time, days before. Then when it was time to return my booking fee she blocked me and never responded until I posted this review and is now calling me a liar. I paid in full through Zelle and she never returned my fee. Smh I wish you could have just spoken to me and not call me a liar because I would never just lie like that for no reason. But here is the proof. Unprofessional! Show more
