Micro Lock *Twist* Interlocked Roots

This is my second set of microloc 2 strand twists. My first set was done by a sisterlock trainee and were not what I wanted. I tried to trust the proc...ess but as they continued to grow and mature, I was not happy with how they looked and the uneven grid. I decided to comb them out and get them redone. I live in Charlotte but decided to travel home to St. Louis to get them done. When doing my research, Jacqui was mentioned in the Facebook sisterlock/microloc page and I looked her up. I saw her work and decided to contact her for a consult. She responded quickly and performed the consult virtually. She was very knowledgeable and I felt great about the service she was going to provide. The installation was great! She took her time to perfect the grid. I am very happy with the results and look forward to seeing how this set matures! Show more
Retie 5 Weeks MICROLOCKS

Unprofessional and Ghetto!! This woman had me sitting in a shop for 40 min never showed up one of the other stylist in the shop went to her house to ...check on her and came back saying that she was throwing up and she would call me when she was feeling better. I never received a call from her so i reached out to her the next day asking when could she fit me in? She never replied so 10 hrs later i ask if she could refund my deposit she took off my card since she wasn't responding and had canceled my previous appt because she had a mandatory training for her full time job she then responds not apologizing but saying she fainted and would refund my money 3 -5 business days ( its been 10 days still no refund) and told me good luck on my loc journey!! For me to only see on her social media page she was drinking at the shop before i got there so thats why she couldn't get it together to fulfill my appt. But got in her feelings because I asked for my deposit back. If you're a mature adult you won't last with her she's not ready to handle the client base she's built. Oh last but not least she changed her schedule when she canceled my first appt so if you can't get your hair done by 12pm she can't service you except on Thursday at 5pm which will cost you a extra $25 ( which was nothing i tipped her $30 everytime i sat in her chair🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️) and she closed her books on the weekends unless you paying extra. Bad for business don't waste your time find someone that respects your time like they want you to respect theirs and if you don't they make you pay for it. Never again!!!! Thank you for this feedback. It’s unfortunate outta 400 plus clients this is the first and only bad review. Just in this review alone it's 3 lies. My work schedule is told to every client before booking, I’ve always charge a fee to come in after working my full time job or after 4pm. Over 7 months, no issue. I never charged you any extra fee til 2024 came in and that was to be fair to my other clients. && as you stated, somebody FOUND me at my house passed out ! So yes, the next day took a min to respond b/c of my health and unexpectedly getting sick. She did offer to do your hair also. And also, if I was so horrible why return and tip "$30" each time ? And yes, I wish you the best of luck with your loc journey . Refunds are processed through my booking link. Please contact you bank, it's been processed on my end already. Be blessed !
