I apologize you feel this way. You did not specify to leave bulk, I did ask if you wanted the back cut since you asked for a taper fade when you had a burst fade. I just cut to blend. I did not meet your expectations. So i can always recommend another barber to you. You did leave a 3 star review an hour prior not saying any of this Again highly apologize for the miscommunication.
