This girl is completely unprofessional i drove 30 min to my appointment that i setup weeks ago i called her n she answers rhe phone i told her i was o...utside n asked if she was ready for my appointment she immediately asked where am i coming from like that even matters since i was already there then she proceeds to tell me that she had a family emergency and cannot do my appointment I asked her why did she not cancel with me before I got there she claims the app was supposed to do that I'm like well the app didn't and I'm here now she tells me that she's a single mom and she has kids like why does that matter either if this is your business then this is how you take care of your kids I just am not understanding what is the issue then she tells me that she can do later today so I asked her what time and she says she doesn't know terrible business woman I liked her pictures of her work but I don't have time to waste out of my day in hopes that she's going to be able to do the appointment that was made weeks ago she had plenty of time to cancel with me before I showed up there completely unprofessional Don't waste your time driving way out to Ruskin to this girl's house she doesn't have any respect for other people's time clearly Show more

I’ve been going to her for a lil while now and i really don’t know why. Her communication s*** and she has constantly book me for a day and then never... respond to me when i say im here. She always takes forever to start, there hasn’t been one time where she started my appointment on time. I wanted to stick it out because her retention is good but after so many times of having my time wasted it’s no longer worth it. Show more

I waited OVER an hour i tried messaging I had patience this passed it, i would say there was little to no communication overall. She confirmed my appo...intment I get things come up but this could have been fixed with a text.As my first time making an appointment with her and lash extensions in general this was a bad first experience.I ended up leaving bc it was no longer worth it Show more

Horrible experience, I drove an hour to get to the appointment, she text me as soon as I got there and says the machine for the service is not working..., she didn’t give me any notice of this before my arrival, she also told me she had a personal problem, but yet you proceeded to still allow me to book & come all the way to the appointment very unprofessional! my time was wasted & money. I was a bit nervous about the location when I drove up and was directed to the back alley. Walking up to the back door and seeing 5-6 bottles of alcoh...ol sitting out and lots of clutter didn’t make me feel any better. However, Eme did a great job with my lashes.
