I’m truly sorry to hear you felt disappointed and unwelcome, as my goal is always to provide a professional and comfortable environment for every client. I text my policies to all clients before appointments to ensure clear communication. These policies include arriving with bare nails and wearing a mask to ensure safety and efficiency. Unfortunately, it seems there may have been some confusion about these requirements, as your nails needed soaking off of foreign work, which is a service I do not currently provide. In an attempt to accommodate, I waived the cancellation fee for your initial appointment. However I do understand how this may have been inconvenient, especially with the holiday approaching, and I apologize for any frustration. Regarding the repair, I did communicate that I would be out of town and unavailable during your requested time. While I strive to accommodate all my clients, there are times when my availability doesn’t align with urgent needs, and I regret if this caused additional challenges. Lastly, I want to emphasize that I value all my clients and aim to create a welcoming experience. If my demeanor seemed indifferent, that was not my intention, and I appreciate your feedback as it helps me improve. Your support and understanding mean a lot to me.
