The experience was great. My mother and myself visited there for the first time, and services included relaxers, coloring, cuts, and styles. The atmos...phere was quiet, clean, and very inviting. The students were very friendly and courteous along with the owner, who supervised the students as they worked along with giving them instruction. I came in and was greeted right away. The hair technician, Morgan, was attentive to my hair and handled it properly without overly putting stress on m...y already damaged hair. She appeared to be very knowledgeable in dealing with natural type 4c hair. I rated a 4 only because the water was cold .
