Hello Mr. Drew I appreciate you for booking me and I apologize for the inconvenience I may have caused you I did not forget your appointment as I stated on the phone with you I did not have any scheduled appointments for the day as my booksy app stated prior to speaking to you nor did I receive a notification informing me of your appointment again I apologize for the misunderstanding as well as I have been experiencing problems with my phone and the booksy app as well upon speaking with you you stated you were pressed for time and would be going to one of the other barbers as we try to accommodate each other’s clients if necessary to make sure clients are satisfied I would like to offer you a free service if you would like as what you experienced is not how I normally do business again my apologies god bless
