The salon is nice and so were the employees but I wasn’t pleased with the service. I didn’t get the shape I asked for, nor the look I wanted even afte...r showing a picture and telling the woman myself. My nails are crooked, not smooth (they’re lumpy looking). Im not the type to complain even though I should have had her fix the issues but I’m sure she would have been mad and charged me more. I’m considering it a lesson learned and will be looking for a new salon to go to from here on out. Show more

Wed 1/15 1130am. My technician was on her phone the entire time using FaceTime, phone calls and checking her cameras at home while she was doing my ma...nicure. I cut the appointment short and only tipped her 10%. Disgusted.. Do better! Show more

Nails came out ok. Nothing spectacular. The guy performing the service was very awkward and quirky. Making comments like " i can tell you did your own... nails" "you cut your toe nails crooked" " your cuticles are a mess, im going to cut the hell out of them and "im good, the best one here, sit back and enjoy it". Made it for a very uncomfortable appointment. Not sure if I will be back. Hire more professional help. Show more

Terrible experience, the guy I had drilled my fingernail so much that he drilled down to the flesh on 2 fingers. I had my nails done yesterday and thi...s morning I woke up to one of my nails already chipping off. Contacted salon with no reply back. I'll never go back and would never recommend them to anyone. I loved the last nail tech who did my file and polish. She made sure all my nails were the same length before applying the nail polish. The salon wa...s out of the original color I picked and was very helpful with picking a new color. I'm extremely happy with how my nails turned out and of course will visit again. Show more
