I went to the wrong place at first.. so I ended up being 10 mins late. She was very understanding. I got there & my one of my eyes was missing signifi...cantly. She luckily still did it & did a beautiful job! She was professional, fast & nice! I would definitely recommend her to others! Phenomenal service! When I say life saver I mean it. Vanessa booked a last minute appointment for me after another lash tech canceled last minute, and... when I say blessing in disguise I couldn’t mean it more. She made sure that my appointment was booked within a few hours of me calling her, she went over the different products that she offered over text to make sure that she booked an appointment with ample time. She even went above and beyond and made sure that I was happy with her work at the end of the appointment, explained her 3 day fall out guarantee, explain lash care, duration, even booking!
