Goddess box braids

Bad experience. This was a new hairstylist for me. Her work space is very compact but she and her child were nice. She did a good flat iron on my firs...t visit. I wanted braids so I booked the second time and it wasn’t exactly what I expected. I didn’t want any blunt rows creating unwanted parts in my hair. I expressed this before she started or made it to the top of my hair. I didn’t see the completed style until she finished. Not a lot of space to move in. All of the braids were done and I did not get what I wanted. I told the operator before I left that day I was not happy with the top and how the hair framed my face. I wanted to know how she would correct it. The make shift style was not good and She had to handle other business. It was obvious she needed to leave. After five hours, I wanted to go too. I was unhappy and I wanted the top fixed because the rest of it was OK. She was in a hurry so I slept on it I called her back the next day didn’t get an answer. I texted her that morning didn’t get an answer so she ghosted me. She never refunded anything so another operator could fix the problem with my hair. To this day she still has not responded. I am sorry you did not like your hair, the style is much like my other work. I think what you were expecting was something that was done by another stylist in the past. If you Google the style, there is no way to do box braids without seeing parts at that size. As I explained to you, everyone is different and I do my work the way I do others may be different. I think the major issue was you not likeing the grey that was showing in your braids and there was nothing I could do for that. I even tried to accommodate by making the parts at the top smaller than the rest and adding more hair. I apologize if I could not meet your expectations. I even sent you a picture of the same style I did previously on another client a couple of days before so you would have an idea of how it would come out. IM sorry but there is nothing further I can do for you. No, I will not be giving a refund, I did the work. I stood on my feet for 5 hours and did the work with no breaks. I hope you are able to find someone who can accommodate your request in the future. It was nice to meet you.
