Very sad today has ended like this. I enjoyed Michelle’s conversation and personality while with her. Once I got home I was able to take a better loo...k at my hair and was very unhappy. The cut was done shoddy, color inconsistent and looking like it was outgrown from the root already. The worst part was when you put my hair half up it looked horrible! I had some dye at the bottom part of my hair outgrown and there was no blending or attempt on it at all. I reached out to Michelle and calmly explained why I was not happy with the results. Michelle did offer to have me come back in but then blamed me for the outgrown color. Said she would fix it for more money. I then was not comfortable with coming back to her due to the blame and tried explaining that if she had educated me on the fact it wouldn’t be blended and it would be extra service and extra money I would have been happy to pay it to have what I want and to look presentable. I am a person that believes you pay for what you use. She then accused me of trying to get free hair color/ service. I honestly would not have allowed anyone to do this to my hair for free even. I will now have to pay someone to fix this. Show more

I am very sorry you feel that way, Marly. My goal on a daily basis is to provide my clients the best experience and outcome, as possible. In this situation I feel you are not being fully truthful. I discussed the banding in your hair, before, during and after your service. I had no part in putting that permanent color in your hair. Your hair was also very damaged and I literally counted about fouror five different color bands in your hair. You also stated you had been doing your hair on your own for quite some time. I am unable to post before pictures to prove that point. You said you were very very happy with your hair when you left and then proceeded to ask for your money back. While your hair is not perfect the transformation was actually insane considering what you started with. I have been doing here for 8 years and this is my first ever review under 5 stars. I think that in itself speaks for my business and my work. This situation is very unfortunate and I take it very seriously but I do feel as though you have blown this out of proportion and made it something that it is not. You are not being fully honest how about the transformation that was made with your hair. I do have the before photos if you would like to be 100% honest and post them as I am not able to in my reply. I refunded your money so as to end this situation peacefully. I have had three different booking apps in my career and over a hundred combined five-star reviews. Good luck to you, Marly!
