I did not have my hair done here. I had an appointment with Lexi and she had to cancel. She said she would reach out and reschedule but she forgot. ...When I reviewed this information, she graciously reached out and apologized. She was swamped and it slipped through the cracks. I wish more businesses were this diligent and accountable for their actions. Lexi is a professional. She cares about her business and she cares about people. We ran into each other recently in a store and I was able to meet her in person. Not only is she gorgeous but her hair is BEAUTIFUL.
