when I got the the barbershop at 3. My barber, Leo, was gone for the day. I waited for 15 minutes as for a walkin service and another barber did my ha...ircut. My point is why do we use this plateform to schedule an appointment and we end up having to wait for a walk-in service. I got luck for waiting only 15 min but what if the barbershop was packed but people waiting. I think the owner should make they honor the online bookings otherwise this is useless. Show more
