She was ver...y welcoming, had a calm demeanor, her customer service was top notch and easy to get a hold of. Any questions & concerns I had, she answered with no problem. My son expressed that he was very comfortable, he could barely feel her styling his hair which is a big plus for him and the best part of all he loves his two strand twist and wants to come back. He was so satisfied, I decided to give her a shot myself and again she did not disappoint.
