To whom this may concern when booking with me please read all of the details carefully. I leave disclaimers and confirmations. Before even assuming a service or entering the shop on the column of choice in app you have the option of combining what services best fits your liking budget etc. the person in this matter didn't want to do ither or be obligated to my services policies . When making a appiontment it simply sais what's applied and what is not applied. I'm not responsible for the literacy of your decision. Why when meeting visitors for the first time I run down what's included and what's not included a second time assuring the service of intention. With that being said the assailant is fabricating a situation where he was 45min late for a appiontment and didn't feel responsible enough to allert me of a eta. I give a grace period of 15min and a courtesy call. No answer. Then shows up 30min later this person clearly has no respect for my buisiness. Then made a claim about a time I was behind schedule truthfully 15-20min to justify it is ridiculous. Because I'm roughly done in 40min appiontments are 1 hour for human error and incidentals to make good on my time with ever time slot. But this is a result of a no call no show fee that was justified and became egregious. Those are not tips. The cut is discounted at $45 with a beard trim. You are dishonest, deceitful and a thief you were caught on the last zelle transaction in your own evidence and upset I presented it to you.
