I’m sorry to hear that you weren’t satisfied with the haircut. With that being said a thorough consultation was preformed at the beginning of the service to ensure ultimate satisfaction! A picture was shown as reference but client in chair decided to go a lot shorter than what was shown. Take in mind that hair color, texture and density all take a part of how the overall haircut will look different from the picture provided. I’m sorry you weren’t present to share your concerns during the service so your thoughts were taken into consideration.
