I was extremely pleased with the service that I received... Excellent customer service skills and very professional. I was greeted at the door and s...he introduced her self. I was grateful to find a salon to render services at that late in the evenings, accepting my last minute request for service. Lay is very down to earth and a people person. She was very gentle with my hair during washing, and styling process. She made sure that I was comfortable through out my stay. Lay is very dedicated to her profession.
