Lewis is very punctual. You don't have to wait 30+ minutes passed your scheduled time like some other shops. He values your time.

Whether I come in for a trim or a complete overhaul, he always takes the time to listen to my requests and make sure that I leave the chair feeling satisfied with the result. He is also great at offering suggestions and advice on styles that would suit me best, which I have found incredibly helpful over the years. Another aspect of Lewis that stands out is his commitment to cleanliness and hygiene. He always uses fresh tools and equipment, and the shop is always immaculately clean. This had become especially important during the pandemic, and I felt completely safe and comfortable getting my hair cut at the shop. Beyond the technical skills and professionalism, Lewis has also become a family over the years.
