My appointment was at 9:30 am. I arrived early and at 9:30 am the salon was still closed. One person finally showed up around 9:40 am with several pe...ople waiting. This was the final straw for this place. I was already thinking about going elsewhere but thought I would give it one more try. Unfortunately, this place has gone downhill with their service. I had an appointment set for 9:30am. After waiting for ten minutes, one person finally showed up to open the place with several people waiting, which ...made it clear that I would have to wait longer. I had already been on the fence of continuing to get my nails done here as the service has continuously went downhill, and this made my decision that much easier. Show more

I was accidentally overcharged (it was my error with the card machine). The owner refunded my money and was so kind about it. My pedicure was perfect.... Will definitely be back! Show more

I have been going here since they opened. Unfortunately, sevice has gone downhill the last few times I have come. Employees were on their phones while... doing nails. Pedicures are not being done the same by each person. I paid for spa pedicure the last two times and did not get all the things done that I paid for. Show more

Lady who did my nails was super rude and just on her phone. She didn’t fill my whole nail with acrylic so then she was shaving my actual nails down on... the side and made them bleed. And then!!!! The nails fell off in a week. I sit at a desk for my job. I don’t have a job where I am rough with my hands. Will never come back. Awful. Show more

Never have had a bad experience here! I’ve been coming here for 3 years now and love this place! They always take good care of me! Emma and the gentle...man who sits next to her slayed my nails! My inspo pic is what I wanted and Emma nailed the design and not to mention they’re always hand painted! Show more

The person that did my nails was very aggressive, pushing my hands around not asking me to move them. She also hit a few of my fingers with a tool cau...sing pain. She did not ask me if my nails were the correct length before finalizing them so I did not have a chance to say anything for them to be corrected. I was also overcharged as the price online does not match what I was charged. I have been going here for two years now, never had a problem with anything or being over charged. However, the past two months have made me want to go somewhere else. The care of some workers is no longer there after the owner is no longer present like before. Show more

They don’t seem to go by appointments. I made one but it was well past it before I was taken back. I think (hope) my person was a bit new. She was sup...er rough on my nails and just kind of ignored the picture of what I wanted. She added designs even after I had said no. I am just going to chalk it up to a language barrier as I noticed “Sarah” had issues with understanding her as well. There’s definitely a bunch of flaws but I just don’t have the time or energy to go back. I will just go back to my previous place. Pictures of the flaws and a pic of what I asked for. Show more
