Honest review: I scheduled an appointment for a protein treatment from 5:15-5:55 and a silk press from 5:55-7:25 at this salon (Star) because of the g...ood reviews on Booksy, but I was disappointed with the service and professionalism. I arrived at 5:15 PM for my protein treatment, but I had to wait about 10 minutes because the stylist was busy with another client. She started my treatment late, and once I was done with my protein treatment and blow dry, she returned to the same previous client and just told me to sit, without starting the silk press, and I sat for about 40 minutes. At 7:10 PM, I reminded her that I was supposed to finish by 7:25 and that she has been busy with the other client since I arrived. I explained I needed to leave by 7:40 due to another commitment, and she rudely asked if I wanted to cancel. Her attitude was dismissive, and though she eventually apologized, it didn't feel sincere. While the hair treatment was not bad, the overall experience was frustrating due to poor time management and customer service. If you're a new customer considering this salon, please be aware of these potential issues. Show more

Please know that the apology was and still is very sincere and the response to your threat to leave was rather SURPRISE, not an intention to appear dismissive. I'm sorry that you received it that way! I also note that your appointment in the app was scheduled to end by 7:25 but but ended@7:50. Once again, I certainly do apologize for the excessive 25 minutes you had not expected nor should have had to wait. Thank you, again, for waiting and for your kind patience. I'm so glad that you also expressed that you loved your hair, even in the midst of having to wait 25 minutes too long! I do hope you'll have an opportunity to have a much more pleasant experience in the future should you decide to give our salon another chance. Once again, I sincerely apologize for your wait and I thank you for your patronage and the very generous and kind tip. I hope you can forgive this unacceptable experience 🤗
