Let me first say he cut and he’s one of the best barbers I’ve taken my son. I’m only giving this rating based off the lack of communication and time m...anagement. This was the third time I’ve booked my appointment and my son had to wait over an hour after his set appointment. I understand sometimes you can run behind for whatever reason, but to not reach out to your client and inform them of that you are running behind and ask if they would be alright to come a little later. I booked the very last time 6:20 pm just so it wouldn’t be any issues and my son didn’t get in the chair til 7:42 pm. Again his hands are golden, just the lack of professionalism is a deal breaker for me. Show more

Can I give 0 stars for wasting my time?? My appointment was made for 3:30pm days prior. I called this guy the day before to ensure he was aware I made... this appointment on Booksy. After speaking with him on the phone, I figured I’d be okay. NOT SO! I get to the shop at 3:25 and when I walked in, I introduced myself to him so he would know I was there ON TIME! However, he told me that he was running behind and only had 2 people in front of me, not including the little boy in the chair already. AN HOUR LATER, after he finished the little boy and the two other people he then proceeds to call for someone else to go before me. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! So basically, this dude wasted an hour of my time and LIED to me about how many people were actually in front of me EVEN THOUGH I made an appointment and called him to confirm. I probably would’ve been okay (irritated) if he had been honest in the beginning. This experience makes me miss my barber of almost 20 years back home even more.
