She never showed up for the appointment. I was there waiting. I hope Booksy didn’t charge me because I never got my service. REVISED: Vickie contact...ed me after that day and let me know that she was having problems with her phone and she didn’t know that I had booked. Also she let me know she moved to a new location. Because of the inconvenience she said she would take off money to change the first review i left when I come in. We rebooked for 2/10 at 1pm 2/10: Today I did get my hair pressed and trimmed byVickie. This morning she confirmed the wrong time but let me know it was her mistake. My appointment was for 1pm but she was behind so I didn’t get seen til after 1:30. She had my hair looking like it was relaxed, but I put 4 stars because of the timing issue. I really value my appointment being ontime as I have to hire a sitter when I’m out so I won’t be returning to Vickiebut I can say if time isn’t an issue you can have her have your hair looking good. We strive to provide the best service possible, and we're sorry to hear about your experience. It seems there may be a misunderstanding regarding what you stated. To be fair I reached out to you the day you arrived you booked last minute appointment same day and same hour appointment I stated to you the notification I never received Due to glitch from this platform system . I immediately acted on doing everything in my power to make it right. I am not a stylist who does not show up or have never did that in the past nor will ever do that in the future. I am accountable to make things right. Through my due diligence I tried to work towards a resolution by offering half off on your service . You stated you would appreciate that. I appreciate that you came in it was great meeting you and you allowing me to service your hair. Unfortunately even with trying to discount and make things right you wanted the hair service to be pro bono service and I apologize but here we do not tolerate scams as we work hard to make sure to provide the best services I do wish you the best in your endeavors and again thank you for your time. If you have any further questions please feel free to contact me I would love to speak to you to clear any misunderstanding up. This stylist is very professional. She began me early since a client was late and was able to accommodate us both. I drove 2 hours and 20 minutes for... her services. The place is nice inside very comfortable. She is very hygenic. Cleaned sink and tools between clients....trust me most arent doing this. Big win. Will be back every two weeks to repair damage ive been battling for years now. I am actually a survivor of an attack.....they broke in my house repeatedly and deliberately made my hair fall out by putting nair in my products. The whole town knew and laughed (including police and churches in a small town) and i didnt walk around without being attacked or watched for years where i lived. Vicky didnt know ive been out only few times out since then. Think Vicky is the solution to total wellness. . Using her Protein treatments and throwing all my products out. Letting vicky take the wheel! Was able to get serviced on a holiday too...the same day booked!!!. Call her...u will be satisfied. No excuses... I received so many compliments on the strip after her work. So much eye contact after many years struggling with hair....I wasnt used to. I felt so good. People stared in a good way. 👍 She increases your pull factor! Smile. Wish i had photo. I looked like a starlet. Show more
