Meta-Con
What is Meta-Con? Meta-Con is a combination of Metabolic Conditioning (MetCon) and functional training that can be used in the everyday activities. MetCon can be defined as high work rate exercises that burn more calories than traditional cardio. MetCon even maximizes Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption, which means you burn more calories at rest. These workouts are set up as timed circuit style stations and you do as many reps as possible (AMRAP). This program helps build muscular endurance and pushes your body to its limits! We meet every Tuesday and Thursday from 5:45pm-6:30pmOnline Personal Training Monthly Programs

They are made according to how many days a week you want to workout, how long you want to spend at the gym, experience level, and your goals. This service includes weekly email check-ins, unlimited email access and if needed nutrition plans. All workouts and nutrition plans are indvidualized.
