Your skin should be evaluated at least 2-3 times per year because skin change as we age. Before any facial a skin analysis should be performed to help with home care recommendations & provide proper treatment. First, we will: 1. Discuss the areas of concern for improvement and discuss realistic skin care goals. Discuss any contraindications that will prohibit treatment. 2. Conduct a skin examination a woods lamp to detect bacterial & fungal skin infections. 3. Determine skin type, normal, dry, oily combination or sensitive. 4.
