First of all, we all know Caz is the doll of the century. Second, after I cancelled an appointment a few days before, she graciously rescheduled, and ...then I was 35 minutes late to that 55 minute appointment. The sad part is, because she’s so professional and concerned about her ability to take care of each client, it put a tremendous amount of stress on her. I really regret doing that. Regardless, she washed cut and styled my hair in a rocker look I haven’t had in years. She’s the One! Show more
