And let me tell you , these people ...here are the DEFINITION of BEAUTIFUL AND CARING customer service 💖 I had a wonderful time with my 5 year old girly getting our nails done!! They really made it special for her first time ever getting a mani and pedi! Not the best experience… I REALLY debated writing a review, but my nails still hurt 5 days later. I came to get a gel soak off and dip mani, and I lef...t with painfully paper thin nails. I had to ask them to stop because my nails looked and felt so bad I didn’t think I should continue getting dip put on. 3 different people did my nails that day. The first woman used a chemical nail remover instead of acetone soak off (I’ve personally never seen a salon use this so I was skeptical but trusted the process). It didn’t fully remove the gel so she kept scraping and reapplying it and buffing my nails. She kept going at my pinky nail because there was still polish visible; it went on for so long, when I finally noticed I had to tell her myself it was underneath the nail not on top. Too late though my nail was so thin. The second woman was a little better and gentler, she cleaned up my cuticles nicely. But this is when the pain kicked in and I asked to stop because I didn’t think moving on was a good idea. I asked the owner/boss to look at them last and she agreed I should give them a break. What irritated me was she asked me what I did to get them that thin…. I should have told her more what happened in that moment, but I told her this is the worst they’ve ever been and when I do them myself they’re never this bad. I’m gentle/careful doing my own nails. I’ve been doing my nails (mostly dip but also gel) for years and they’ve always held up well after removal. I give them occasional breaks and use strengthener between mani’s. I’m not a professional by any means but I know enough to do them decent & safely. There were other girls in there who looked like regulars with their preferred nail techs getting really pretty manicures. I’m not saying DON’T go here because some of the other techs looked like they knew what they were doing more, but my personal experience was terrible so be careful with who does your nails. Show more
