Goodmorning , I appreciate you leaving your experience. However you booked at 1pm , had to be at work by 3:30 pm . when booking with me or any salon all clients know to never book when they have to go to work, travel out of town , or have a engagement the same day . Due to salons moving according to the time each client arrives , and is serviced . So if the client before you arrives late that will push my day back , as well as if the client is wanting to add more services when they arrive . We again appreciate your review , hope you find a salon who fits your needs . Thank you -B&L owner
