The haircut was really good and I was super impressed. However he was 20 mins late because he was cutting another barber's hair. I rebooked with him t...hat day for two and half weeks in the future. He confirmed my next appointment that day. The night before he cancelled my appointment because he didn't realize it was a holiday.
