This is my second time coming and I absolutely love the service. I drive over an hour to get my hair done. She got me in quickly and each time has exc...eeded my expectations. I dont let anyone touch my hair because a lot of people dont know how to do ethnic hair and will destroy it, but Daya makes me feel like a brand new woman when I leave and thats the type of service every woman needs. Walk ins are welcome, but appointments are preferred. Very friendly technicians in every section. The waiting area is instagram worthy for pictures once you are ready to flaunt your fresh styling. The first time I went great experience, I got a wash and blow out for about 45.00 but this time I washed my own hair and blow dried. Walked in and ask...ed to get my hair straightened. I was charged 70.00 mind you I washed my own hair before going there and I have shoulder length hair. Last time I used the products this time I didn't, I did it myself and was charged 70 really.. so I called today asking how much is the charge if I wash my own hair before coming and I was told 35.00 so I asked why was I charged 70 on yesterday.. make it make sense. I just moved to this area and I guess I will have to try the Cubans, and african american hair salons from now on.... signed a frustrated person Show more
