Confirms appointments and doesn’t show. Then gives you the run around - “I’m on my way”. I tried giving Max more than once chance thinking it was just... a “bad day”. But this has happened 3 times! If he is there and on time be ready to wait an additional 30 minutes while he tries to catch up with appointments he was late for as well. Save your time and money. Show more

Excellent. I brought my 2 autistic twin 7 year old boys who are terrified of getting their hair cut. One has severe challenges including being non ver...bal, he is highly non compliant, they were amazing with him, first time EVER we had his haircut done in 10 minutes and without the house being brought down. He was laid back, placid and worked with my son, while my son was slightly upset, it’s never been this easy or smooth before and it’s because he was relaxed by his temperament and not being overwhelmed by the buzzers etc. thank you so much, we will be back in 5 weeks. 🙏🏻❤️ Show more
