Crochet maintenance for locs. First appointment went well. We did a virtual consultation first and reviewed expectations before the service started. V...ery relaxed environment with a comfortable chair that has an adjustable headrest which is so nice for longer heavier locs! I did have to do a correction appointment b/c the first appointment they were not done as tight as I prefer. She was very professional and listened to my concerns. Scheduling both times was super easy. Very satisfied and would recommend. Show more

Jen is the DOPEST loctician I've ever encountered! A true professional! In addition to being knowledgeable about hair/locs, she is just an overall fan...tastic human. As this was my first appointment with her, I was unsure what to expect, but she was so welcoming as soon as I walked in the door. I left feeling as though I just hung out with a friend and with a fantastic retwist and style. I honestly never want to go to anyone else for the remainder of my loc journey. I also do not enjoy large crowds of people, especially going to a new place, so it was nice that she has a suite. It's comfortable, peaceful, and relaxing to be in her space. I look forward to my future appointments. If you're in the market for a new loctician, I recommend her 100 times over. Don't second guess this - you'll love her and her work! Show more
