Instead, we’ve implemented a credit card guarantee with a penalty only applied if the appointment is canceled less than one hour before the scheduled time. This policy is designed to be flexible and to accommodate unforeseen schedule changes. Regarding your concern about waiting upon arrival, please note that if you arrive early and I’m finishing up with another client during their appointment window, it is still their reserved time, and I work hard to honor everyone’s scheduled slot. Additionally, when delays have occurred on my end, I’ve always tried to communicate those situations with you in advance.
