Inconsistent cut, sometimes good sometimes below average. Frequently changes times without warning (still charges) and 7 times out of 10 late because... of over booking. Response to comment below: I’m sorry to hear that about your situation. Coming from a single mother i would never personally attack a single mother (it does not benefit me to do so). Now as for me critiquing my experience with your services is all of the information that I have accumulated over a 9month period. Situations happen that is understandable but the professional courtesy that you should give to a client especially when they are a regular should be high quality. It is disappointing to see that you have not mastered that skill yet. In all, your cuts are not bad so I wish you the best of luck but I will be taking MY business elsewhere. Hey Tony I apologize for moving your appointment yesterday, I am def willing to provide you w a refund, my system said it didn’t charge you so I didn’t think that anything came from it. My daughter has a chronic illness and we have frequent appointments with 3 different drs every month plus lab work, yesterday we ran late from labs and put my behind on my schedule. Yes I was lay I’m a single mom of a teen and a toddler, with a successful business as you see from other reviews. Trying to deter clients away by saying my work is inconsistent is far from true and Malicious. Not to mention that we actually knew eachother personally before you became a client, but if I’m gonna be honest here I’ll lay it all out, I expect this type of reaction from you because iv definitely seen this from you before. None the less we all have a right to our opinion and you will receive a refund as soon as possible.b
