Just a so so experience. Owner and staff not friendly and when I came in all I got was do you have an appointment. I said yes at 4:30 and the owner ...just pointed at a barber. The barber did not introduce himself but did a good job. I had to ask for product to keep my hair in place at the end. Their pictures showed bourbon and I deliberately came early to have a drink and chill, no offer for a drink. One final chintzy thing, I was informed that tips have to be cash. I offered to use any of the apps to send the barber a tip since he did a fair-good job and was told that the owner does not allow that. He seemed scared of the owner and told me to go to the Kroger to get cash. I believe in tipping so I went to the ATM and paid a $3.50 service charge so I could tip him for his work. Unless it is an emergency, I will not be back and did not feel as though they wanted my business. Show more
