I booked for a brow shaping and tint with a set of eyelashes. The first time I went, I couldn’t get the brow shaping and tint because the lash appoint...ment took longer even though I booked to do my brows FIRST. I asked for a refund for the service that wasn’t done and was told I would get a call from a manager on Monday. No call came on Monday-Wednesday. I called Thursday to inquire about it and was told they don’t offer refunds so I decided to book again and get the service done. I was booked for 4 today only to show up and it can’t be done bc they don’t have a student to do it. Not to mention they booked me for the wrong service with someone who couldn’t even do it. So no service or refund bc “to get a refund is a process”. I m not coming up a 3rd time to leave again without a service I ALREADY PAID FOR. Won’t be coming back. Show more

I am so disappointed with the after care of 3D Lash and Brow meaning there is none! I was pleased with Carlos and the actual eyelash lift and tint (e...xcept I wanted the color way deeper I asked for black but he decided to do ash so I’m not happy with the results). But my main concern is last night after the procedure this happened because of the glue they use, it is not medical grade at all and I had a reaction where my blood vessel burst. Carlos and I texted this morning and he said that his teacher had the pictures this morning and I have test to hear from anyone at the school. This is unacceptable I have had to go to the eye doctor today and get medication and found out it will take weeks to clear up. I the last week I have had a facial, brow wax , manicure, pedicure and this eyelash lift and tint and even brought a friend. I have spent a lot of money and no one there seemed to care that I may have damage to my eye. I will not recommend or ever go back. Show more

got a “spa” pedicure today if that’s what you want to call it .. the girl didn’t use gloves, there was no massage, she dropped the towel on the floor ...and continued to use it, my nails are uneven, the painted is not even and chipped . love all other services at this salon, but this was the worst pedicure i’ve gotten and not worth the $25 i spent lol Show more
