I am so disappointed with the after care of 3D Lash and Brow meaning there is none! I was pleased with Carlos and the actual eyelash lift and tint (e...xcept I wanted the color way deeper I asked for black but he decided to do ash so I’m not happy with the results). But my main concern is last night after the procedure this happened because of the glue they use, it is not medical grade at all and I had a reaction where my blood vessel burst. Carlos and I texted this morning and he said that his teacher had the pictures this morning and I have test to hear from anyone at the school. This is unacceptable I have had to go to the eye doctor today and get medication and found out it will take weeks to clear up. I the last week I have had a facial, brow wax , manicure, pedicure and this eyelash lift and tint and even brought a friend. I have spent a lot of money and no one there seemed to care that I may have damage to my eye. I will not recommend or ever go back. Show more

got a “spa” pedicure today if that’s what you want to call it .. the girl didn’t use gloves, there was no massage, she dropped the towel on the floor ...and continued to use it, my nails are uneven, the painted is not even and chipped . love all other services at this salon, but this was the worst pedicure i’ve gotten and not worth the $25 i spent lol Show more

I am a regular customer here… previous to this most recent appointment the past 2times I did not like my lashes and the had fallen within 2weeks, I am... not picky as I understand these are students learning and I am not being charged much. I really wanted to stop coming but figured I’d give it another shot as I’ve heard many issues with the lash glue within the last two months.. I don’t believe any customer would want to hear that the glue is not working and being given limited to student. Another issue I noticed was the time frame listed on here that lashes will take 2h 30min which is false.. I am a regular and know to keep my schedule open for the next 4hours of getting to my appointment. Most times I come it takes anywhere from 3hours to 4hours. I’ve heard many customers complain that they have appointments afterwards or need to go because they are under the impression it will take the 2h 30min as listed.. however the main reason for my review is to bring to light the wonderful experience with Lili Lucero.. she made me feel at home, voiced her concerns with the teachers that she will not finish with my lashes in the allowed time giving to her. She did a wonderful job and honestly if not the best at giving me exactly what I wanted. I will continue booking with her as long as she is here with you all. She is the reason for my 5star review.
