Haircut

Today at 1130 am with Rob C. showed up and she said that the haircut she got took about 8 mins. She wanted a fade cut n squared front. She said Rob wa...s in some kind of bad mood...he was complaining it was too hot to be cutting hair. (She said the shop had ac on and was very cool in there.) She told him what she wanted and he was frustrated and told her it would be an extra $15 to square her front. Well he cut her hair and it was pretty fucking bad. The square part was un even. To high on one side and other side was low with a chunk of hair sticking out. The back was not faded just all one size with chunks of hair still left on. And he scratched one side of her neck with the clippers. She has a long red scratch mark. She talk to him about it n he told here if she did not pay that he would file theft charges! She paid him the $30. He was so rude and unproffessional. She came to show me and omg! I could not belive it! So she had to go to another place to try to get it fixed, at least square it right. When she walked in another shop they asked her if she tried to cut it herself and she said she just left Rob C. They were laughing and could not belive that Rob C did that. So they told her they would try to fix it. And thank God that that 2nd shop fixed it. My photos clearly show the job you did. I never asked to lower your price. And if line ups were free then why did you tell me I had to pay extra? And you did complain that it was too hot to do haircuts that day even tho we were inside the shop. And when I said I have to pay $30 for this messed up haircut you said that if I did not then you were going to file theft charge. I did record the conversation on that. The other shop I went to took before photos of the cut you gave me. Own up to what you did instead of lying about it! You did not offer to even fix it. Lol this is hilariously inaccurate. This is clearly not even written by the client. Those are not our prices. My clients know I give free line ups on every cut. Even buzz cuts get a free line up. I have never in the history of my business had a client try to negotiate price, let alone have to ever threaten anyone in my career with theft charges lol that is laughable in itself. I keep it cold in my shop on purpose for comfort so why would we complain about it being too hot outside? It's company policy for all staff to triple check with each client before they leave to ensure satisfaction. To avoid these kind of inaccurate reviews. God bless the USA.
