Coming from Socal, I feel like it’s my fault for overestimating this man’s work. Now im not gonna sit here and just bash this barber, he has a hustle ...and i respect that, but constructive criticism will be met with insufficient customer satisfaction. Initially I thought DRO was a little incompetent as I showed him a picture of my previous cut and all he did initially was just cut with scissors on the top of my head while leaving the sides of my hair ridiculously long. Essentially making me look foolish. And to DRO’s discretion he thought the haircut was over, literally after 15 minutes. My hairstyle is a mullet by the way so leaving the sides super long and cutting the top is quite literally the polar opposite of my hairstyle. DRO eventually fixed the sides but just not even remotely similar to the pics/vids that i presented him initially before the haircut. I could go on, to be quite honest, I’ve never been this disappointed in a haircut only because I don’t believe i shouldve payed 50 bucks for this service. My old barber charged 35-40 (with beard) and provided a much higher quality service at least 10x better than DRO’s for sure. If DRO is reading this, focus on ur skillset and communication and I wish u all the best brother. Show more

I don't write reviews but this one was well deserved. I lived in san diego for a few years, so moving back to the bay area I could not find someone I ...trusted with my hair. One day I was recommend the shop that Dro works in, I was a walk in and he found time for me in between his clients to help me out. By far one of the best fades I have had in a long time, no lines, even patterns everything was great. I have gone back a few times and have never had a bad experience, this last visit I had him touch up my beard and it looks better than it ever did. If you are looking for a fast rushed cut this isn't your guy, he is critical with his attention to detail to make sure you come out looking your best self. Ill be back again, hopefully soon my friends will join me too. Show more
