Small boxbraids

I was so excited about my braids, but not even 12 hrs after having them, they started falling out and within 2 days about 40% of my braids had fallen... out. Ive gotten braids done for years and they've always lasted 6 to 8 weeks. Rosa seemed nice but very distracted being on live with her friends. I feel like my hair was rushed and partying $180 for not even 2 days is not right. I've reached out to her several times and only got a "that's weird" response. Horrible customer service. Show more

Pretty good quality of braids. Place was messy though, if that makes you uncomfortable. Didnt know if i had the right address at first because it's at... an apartment complex. I can tell my braids will last a while. I love them! Show more
