I’m confused as to why you give me a one ☝️ star review. You booked an appointment for Friday 5/10 4:30p, you didn’t show up or call to cancel. I called and it went straight to voicemail, I also waited until 6:30p hoping that you would show up but you didn’t. You call me today (Saturday) at 12:12p to inform me that the appointment you made on Friday was actually meant for Saturday and you wanted to know if I had availability for today? I told you I didn’t have availability because I was booked. We had a very short conversation. 2mins after, you left this review. Is this one star for the fact that I didn’t have availability to do your makeup today (Saturday)? I will like to know what I did wrong so I can fix it moving forward. I pride myself in the work that I do and customer satisfaction is my number one priority. Thanks for taking the time out to book with me.
