This experience was one of the worst I’ve ever had. I have been dealing with life and losses, and during this time, I neglected my hair, causing extre...me hair loss and breakage. This stylist came highly recommended, and I was excited and ready for my new journey. Although I booked for a cut and style, I paid 25 dollars for a consultation out of pocket, which I didn’t need or want. She told me that my hair was not straight enough to get my ends clipped even though I had a boxed relaxer the previous day, and she said I would need a professional one. My mind was frustrated at this next point because she said to rebook the following week for conditioning ends clipped. She would do a sew-in that made me think as to how you couldn’t do it right, then cut ends when you said I couldn’t at the moment because my hair wasn’t straight enough, mentioned another appointment coming, which had nothing to do with me, and then offered to do the sew-in this was almost 30 mins in and at that point I felt she didn’t want to do it really and just defeated. Im sure to those who have had her in the past, she is fantastic, but I can't see myself doing business like that or being handled that way again, especially as a new client. I left that place feeling worse than I came. Show more

I thought long and hard to let this pass but since you would like to shine, I'm going to give you all the spotlight that you need by starting with you booking for a service that you were unsure that you could even get without a consultation first anyway.... Usually with new clients I prefer you to book a consultation especially since you decided to use a BOX PERM the day before which didn't take preventing me from even having that as option to offer.... I gave you the best advice by telling you that I didn't feel comfortable cutting your hair into a pixie with your hair in the condition that it was in, and we will leave that at that .. Ends clipped?? I said that I would clip your ends and kept asking you what kind of style you would like as you were still undecided. You continued to dispute every style that I did offer which you did for 30 minutes before deciding that you would just buy a wig instead...Well, that was definitely a consultation that I charge for at this point considering it was time for my next client to move in which you are right it didn't have anything to do with you but, it does have everything to do with how I run and operate my business... That says a lot about you that you are a delusional, messy chair hopper that I do not allow to sit in my chair and down talk other Stylists and that's perfectly fine if you don't return. But what you will not do is lie on me because you've had too many bad experiences with others and seeking attention...Be Blessed MWAH
