I’m here on a work assignment and this was my first time going to a hair stylist here in Bakersfield. I had a Crochet style when I arrived here but wa...nted something different. Charlotte recommended a wet and wavy style; I am extremely satisfied and have received so many compliments. If I could give her a 10 I would. Not trying to be mean but my mom silk press looks horrible. Not saying that anything is wrong with plug ins but they have to pull heat. and my KNOTTLE...SS braids are not that for the price. U have to continue to add hair all the way down. Tried texting because the hair she had me get is not good. It is all just coming apart no response. At least if u have a client contacts u about a problem less than a hour after a job u done.. contact them and try and fix it!! U GOT PAID!! 2 appointments!! Not happy and that bs about u was on yo feet for 14 hours how my app was at 10 am just say u didn’t want to do my hair I told u I never heard of that hair u said that what u use. Please be real. I did hair for 14 hours straight yesterday, I would had advised you to give me 24 HOURS to RESPOND back to you, I did ur knotless with hair I’ve braided with before for years. If you had a certain preference of hair I didn’t mind you bringing it, but you asked me, and soon as you brought it to me, you said you don't use that hair, but you ask and it was a bad batch, spongy when dipped like fiber not kankalon. Your mom stated she loved her hair also, a review about you. Thanks for your feed back

I sincerely apologize you were not satisfied with your appointment. I agree that we spoke and was willing to fix your tracks 40 minutes before your shoot you noticed, although I had another client in my chair. You did mention you had no clips (which I accommodated), and sewed them. After you going to the firehouse that night and next day speaking to your parents, the original review went from a 4 to 1 which I completely understand . I make sure all my clients check, double check, and triple check before leaving my chair to make sure they are satisfied with their services. Thank you for your response for my services moving forward.
