I really enjoyed going there the stylist was very nice and pleasant until last week I had an appointment scheduled and confirmed because I had a Chris...tmas party to go to later that night and was going out of town the next day but when I got to my scheduled appointment I was asked if I could come back in an hour so I agreed but I then received a text from stylist saying sorry for inconvenience and wanted to know if I could come the next morning which was Christmas Eve. I said no because again I was going out of town and I would just do my hair myself. I was so upset and disappointed because this has never happened before and I needed my hair done. It’s ok to be overbooked or something comes up but please let your clients know ahead of time so they can at least make other arrangements instead of waiting until they get to their appointments.
